Second day back at the office.

Early in the morning, while on the way to work my
stomach was pretty upset I guess.
I was having a hard time praying please get me through this as I doesn’t want to stop in between the journey to look for the gents.

Back at the office met the Quality Assurance(QA) people for briefing,
basically to understand the policy and how it is related to the company’s goal.
And also how it is linked with other departments of the company to achieve world class standards through continuous improvements(CI).
Thereafter we were left to do our own things before we went down to the workshop with another engineer. Went through the process or workflow in the workshop once again, after which he left us alone and we went around searching for relevant reading materials.

Read through a files of operating sheets which is actually derived/obtained from the manuals issued out by the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM).
And just before we were out for lunch, we were given access to our desktop.
Which we are still not able to use much of it as we are still waiting for approval for some software to be installed onto our desktop. This would likely take up at least 1week, as told by our manager and that is during a meeting with our manager who shown us how a manual looks like and how to use it, gave us the information.

I thought that’s about all for the day, hence we decided to go down to the workshop again to familarise ourselves with the processes. When we got back, one of the QA personnel actually spoke to our manager and borrowed the two of us to help out in sorting out of some files as they will be audited by some external people sometime next week. And from what we heard from him, this will likely keep us busy to at least the end of this week.

Another tired day.

First day of work at CAS,
i actually reached the company slightly earlier today.
In hope of leaving a good impression right from the first day of work.

Reached 5mins before 8am, even though reporting time is at 0830.
But to my surprise the HR executive whom i have to report to
starts work only at 0900! oh gosh!
Hence, we(my classmate & me) loitered
around the main gates of the company.
Anyway i thought my classmate was extra garrulous today.lol

We started off by a briefing by the HR executive.
Safety boots, safety googles and safety ear plucks were issued.
Followed by our supervisor in this company, as we are attached to
the engineering department.
Next the assigned engineering manager then briefly talk about our
job scope in the next five months. After that we were suppose
to be meeting other managers, however i belief they were all
busy for the day.

So we stayed in the office, read up some operating manuals
and introduction documents to plasma sprays and weldings.

Half of the day spent, had our lunch break from 12 to 1.
Made our way to a nearby canteen named 64+4, which turns
out to be the only canteen in the nearby area. which means CROWD!
The canteen was really packed with people. 2 of us(my classmate and i)
together with 4attachment students from NTU at CAS went out
to get food back to our office.
The situation is really pathetic, it's a matter of time
before i get sick of the food there.

Break time ended at 1pm sharp. i approach one of the
engineers there, asked if anything available to help.
He brought us down to the workshop.
Where we get to see a recherche sight of aircraft
combustion cambers and fuel nozzles and also fuel nozzles guide.

Next we meet the EH&S manager and ACE manager respectively.
EH&S are basically all the safety factors concerned in the company.
The 5cardinal rules have to always keep them in mind.
While the ACE program is actually pass down from the parent

PS: from today onwards this blog will be used
as a writing space for me to note down what
ive done in the company daily which will then be used
as my weekly report.

been thinking alot since sep2007 when im back.

anyway brand new year with a brand new start.

my main goals in 2008
would be
01. travel to japan
02. improve my gpa
03. improve my photography skills
04. see my 4digi figure in my bank again
05. more time for friends and family

reach home after work...finally!
so started work "on time", 11am Robinsons
promoting, or rather say con people to buy
around evening was called to takashimaya
and all the way till 0430am.
to do the closing/pack up for the crazytoys fair
finally ended this "short" spell with playthings.
i hope i have earn enough
for the japan trip.
since im back frm hk...
i see the way i work and study
darn no life
last friday purposely took off to enjoy life before exams
didnt regret though i wasted a chance to earn more =]

well...im really excited now!
really cant concentrate on my exams. argh!

today marks the end of all my project work for this semester.
i have waited long enough for this day to finally arrive. hahaha

finally i have reason for myself to take a break and joy about
although i still feel stress about the grading part...
went to suntec after watching my classmates playing at the street soccer court.
reach carrefour around 8 and waited for kowo wjun to end work at 9
its been 2weeks since i last see him.haa
had dinner with him after that.
his 1week old psp certainly looks tempting to me!
OMG!
psp or ds lite? or should i get an inline skate? hmmm

tomorrow will be called back to work at plaything's warehouse
its been a long time since i went there...
and i will be working as merchandiser again for once.
the very last time that i work as a merchandiser is almost 1year ago...
hope im still as productive as before.

today i just found out that the korkorS staying just opposite my unit
actually used to skate on hockey skate
their daddy showed their skates to me...CCM 152
a pair of old school skate which is still in good condition.
its a pity that my feet is slightly bigger than the size.
WHAT A WASTE!

anyway what i want to say is this whole family,
who has been 9years neighbour of mine comes from hongkong to singapore too
and now the korkorS actually play hockey skates back then.
so do you believe in fate?

worked today. robinsons dept store was rather quiet today.
thats one of the reasonS why i prefer to work there compared to carrefour.

reach woodlands around 12+
boarded a bus that would reach my area.
sat by the window and guess what......
i saw wenkai! in the end we were on the same bus home.LOL

finally! for the past two weeks
everyday was like *&^!@(*~!*&!#
now i think even shit will smell nice to me.

skated today...find that im really lagging behind alot
i need more ice time!

after the session met wenkai at bukitbatok
almost 2weeks didnt see him
i felt happy for him. he is a happy man XD!
chatted alot on our way home...
he said im like a rubber band that's stretched to the max
soon elastic deformation will happen.

one day i shall learn from him.
give up everything on your hand and just enjoy life...
i will need the courage though. hmm.......

cleared all class test on wednesday.

thursday went down to ice rink.
skate with may and her friendS
her friendS were great to be with XD!
after that family gathering...
gotta squeeze myself through the crowd in the PCshow
had XingWang Cafe for dinner that night.

yesterday went out for the whole day.
didnt get to revise.
thus, have to stay home today =((

woke up early morning
to go for breakfast with family at east ocean.
somehow their standards have dropped.
but daddy still like that place.
maybe that place has a sense a belonging for him.

after the tea session
took a bus down to chinatown.
was suppose to get our tickets together.
but may had to make her way home...she look very sick :((
nevertheless
we manage to finalise our flight details.
yeah! Japan here we come!!!

after that rush down to Lido for isan outing.
watched Blades of Glory.
enjoyed the movie, since its a comedy show
*real funny one*
somehow for that short period of time,
i manage to forget about
the unhappiness live within me...

back to books :((

its been a long time since i last blogged.
cause im really busy recently.

yesterday didnt really get to skate much.
and have to say SORRY to people whom i have neglected.
im kept busy from the moment i step into the rink.
still the isan-trial was messy...

what's the use of coming up with plans when its not to be followed!

tutorials and revision are yet to be completed!

school reopen today. most of the lesson were cancelled last min.
haa.
was helping out at the isan booth in sch...
inline skating was just beside.
they were able to show off their tricks to fellow students.
i want to start inline too =(

after school went out with cass evon jean jeff && theodore for dinner at taka
should meet up more often =)

saturday(140407) was a long day for me.
woke up early and reach theodore's house by 9+ in the morning
stayed there until evening to do up the decorations for cca fiesta.
then went out for dinner with wenxuan and munyi first...
wenkai kowjun yanhan joined in later for
a midnight show

i would rate it 8/10
cause i like this kind of funny movie =)
after the show we went to some coffeeshop...
settle down there to sing song talk crap.
all the way until 6am on sunday morning.

went home for quick shower and slack around...before going out at 10am

slept at 4am on wednesday morning...
went to work in the middle of my class chalet.
so went to plaza singaporura to do set up at around midnight.
end work at 2+
took cab home...bathe and sleep.
woke up at 1pm went sch for fop meeting...
half way through i skip...its really bored over there
anyway i skip cause i made a booking for an haircut
after the haircut
sister ask me to town with her friends...
but...dont know all others
so went to skate. =)

monday (090407)
went for my class chalet at aloha loyang
its my first time there...
quite far away from the bus-stop
in other words...that place is quite rural
our adviser for 1st sem in yr1 came for the chalet
he came around 5 in the evening...
had bbq with us and left around 8pm...
i was lucky to be in his car
as i need to go to suntec (carrefour)
for a stocktake
so start work at 2200 sharp...and end around 0430

stroll around suntec after work and then took a cab back to chalet.
reach around 7 in the morning
didnt sleep much...
in the end i only sleep around
2hrs before i leave the chalet for work again

a busy week for me. work + leadership camp + national skating event + class gathering
that work out to around 4hrs of sleep daily.

finally saw Sunny Man performing and doing all his freestyle10 moves today.
i like to watch his performance so much la...
he moves around at very high speed

woke up early today to watch
the 'live' telecast of The Amazing Race

i enjoy watching the show since its 1st season.
you get to 'travel' around the world =)
whenever i watch the 1hr show theres a feeling of anxiety in front of the tv.
you never know who wins until the every last minute.

this 11th season an all star series
which comprise of 11teams from the last 10season...
im a supporter of a team from season3
old married couple Ian && Teri
although they are old...but they are still very competitive
especially when they are on the roads...they are road smart!

went school early morning today
for the NP-Cheers presentation.
the current managing team of NP-Cheers were also present.

this group of 10students all from mass comm.
they were really a group of arrogant people.

i thought i could finally enjoy life after a week of working on my off day.
really native thinking...
just one day before my off day...i received a call
our project were shortlisted for presentation. xuete!

but nvm. at least ytd still went out with derick nic jeff theo ben anyong flo qh jean cass
together a gang of 11people were on the streets.
and even storm in isetan@wisma...just to find evon.lol

i left early to find wenkai.
walked from cine to somerset. the streets were packed with lots of people
chingay performance....

so traffic was real slow!!!
then this guy who look quite young. should be still studying in secondary sch...
he said quite loudly...
这些人可以 f***ing 走吗!
the word f***ing just dont fit into the sentence at all.
and he think he's very cool using such word.
vulgarities doesnt sound pleasant to me...
actually cant blame the people for not walking...cos its really too packed!

its been a long long time since i stayed home for the whole day.
since i have much more free time. i decided to try cooking.

following what my daddy thought.
i roast a chicken using some herbs.
herb used: Thyme and Rosemary.

it turn out good.
but i think i added too much salt when i marinate the chicken.

today i watched ZONE's final concert for the third time since i got back my disc last week.
and each time towards the finale of the concert...i...i had tears dropping.

its really sad to see them disband okie.
they cried alot during the last part of the concert. really really sad.

till today i still miss them. though they disband 2years ago.

they accompanied me through my secondary sch life.
or shall i call it childhood memories.

im really excited about the formation of a new band.
actually news of former X-Japan legend Yoshiki and former Malice Mizer vocalist Gackt
to form a new band surface early last year.

now more plans is revealed.

SUGIZO former lead guitarist of Luna Sea will star in this new band.
he now become the 3rd member of the 5member band.

with
Yoshiki (ex. X-Japan) on drums
Gackt (ex. Malice Mizer) on vocal
SUGIZO (ex. Luna Sea) on guitar

with 2members left...
no news as to who would be the bassist of the band though.

but there is a high possibility that former Due le quartz guitarist Miyavi is joining the band to be the second guitarist.
now having a successful solo career. he said in an interview at the end of december 2006
that he will be forming a band in the new year.

this will be the supreme band of the century worth looking at. ever since the disband of X-Japan

lets wait and see.
